An X-range (heavy duty) mixer feeder with straw blower, available with a capacity of 860 to1,285 cu.ft.This powerhouse with a heavy drive train has two or three Long Life (22 mm) vertical augers mounted directly on the chassis. The thick walls (10 mm) give the mixing chamber extra strength and a longer life cycle.

Triomatic WP 2 300 wheeled feeding robot
This automatic feeding robot drives on four wheels. Two of the wheels have differential steering (skid steering) enabling the robot to manoeuvre easily in the feed alley. The robot has a mixing tub with 3m³ capacity and two vertical augers. Programming and operation is controlled by a 15” touch screen. The power supply runs on a power rail and discharge is via a conveyor belt. On request the front conveyor belt can be extended. In addition a feed push unit can be mounted on both sides of the robot. With this system, it is possible to feed in different stables in the farmyard. The feeding robot in combination with a stationary feed mixer, with a feed kitchen or storage bunkers can be used as a full automated feeding system.

The challenge facing every biogas producer is to generate as much energy as possible with a minimum amount of input. Generating a positive yield is not always easy, however. A major factor is the type of delivery system used to transport the residual feed to the digester. Trioliet supplies stationary mixers with vertical augers and capacities ranging from 7 to 80 m³.
